Bush Tucker Flavours of the Far West
Presented by Wilyakali Kiira Kiira Wiimpatja
Wilyakali Kiira Kiira Wiimpatja are a group of Wilyakali Wiimpatja.
We invite you to experience the Bush Tucker Flavours of the Far West – a celebration of traditional ingredients, contemporary cooking, and the deep cultural ties that bind land, people and community.
Come and sample kurlu (kangaroo) served with fresh Murru-Manu (Johnny cakes) and Palpa-Manu (damper), or join in a hands-on Murru-Manu making session for a fun, interactive taste of something truly special.
Vegetarian & vegan options available – including Johnny cakes and wattle-seed damper served with fig jam or golden syrup.
This is a warm invitation to all – to share food, connect through culture, and enjoy stories from Country. Whether you’re tasting for the first time or joining the yarn, you’re part of it.
