How to get to Mundiville.

  1. Head north-west out of Broken Hill.Take Brookfield Ave towards Silverton. It becomes the Silverton Road. Silverton is about 26km from Broken Hill.
  2. Continue through Silverton.Head north through town. The road swings to the right as you leave Silverton. Keep following it.
  3. 12km past Silverton, you've arrived.You'll climb the Barrier Ranges and pass the Mundi Mundi Lookout (closed during peak periods, so please don't stop). As you descend, the road swings to the right and you'll pass the Umberumberka Reservoir, about 7km from Silverton. Keep going and you'll see the entrance to Mundiville.

Mundi Mundi Lookout is closed during peak periods.It is managed by Broken Hill Police and Transport for NSW. You're welcome to cruise past slowly and enjoy the view, but stopping or getting out of your vehicle is not permitted.
