Every Basher needs a ticket. It covers three days and nights of live music, Thursday 19 to Saturday 21 August 2027, and camping at Mundiville. How many nights you camp depends on your Vehicle Entry Pass.

Per vehicle

Vehicle Entry Passes.

Every vehicle needs a Vehicle Entry Pass. It is per vehicle, not per person, and is in addition to your General Admission ticket. One pass covers the vehicle, everyone in it and anything being towed.

Staying on site? Choose a Camping pass. The day you pick is the earliest you can roll in. Just visiting for the day, or staying in Broken Hill? Choose Day Parking. You only need one.

Collecting your activity tickets.

Mail out

  • If you choose mail out, all your activity tickets arrive in the post.

E-tickets

  • Combo tickets: pick up from either the RFDS stand or the Beyond Blue stand on site.
  • Individual Mundi Undi Run and Bash Choir tickets: pick up from the RFDS stand on site.
  • Individual Big Blue Day tickets: pick up from the Beyond Blue stand on site.
  • No activity tickets are handed out at ticketing at the Broken Hill Racecourse.

Gates open 7am to 5pm daily during roll-in. Expect delays at peak times, especially before 11am. Day Parking is available 8am to 10pm. See Rolling in and out for all the details.

Getting your tickets

Wristbands and stickers.

Festival entry requires a physical wristband and a vehicle sticker per car. You choose how to get yours in your order, so read both options first. You cannot switch from e-tickets to mail out later.

Your wristbands and vehicle stickers are posted to you, so you can head straight to Mundiville.

Before you choose it
  • Choose mail out in your initial order. It cannot be added to an order after it has been finalised.
  • Subsequent orders will incur a mail out fee, so plan ahead and buy all your tickets together.
  • If you choose e-tickets in your initial order, you cannot change to mail out later.

Pick up in Broken Hill

E-tickets are emailed six weeks before the festival and must be exchanged for wristbands and vehicle stickers before you arrive at the festival.

  • Choose e-tickets in your initial order. You cannot change them to mail out afterwards.

It adds 10% to the ticket price and lets you request a refund if you cannot attend due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. Standard tickets are not refundable. Read the Protection Plan T&Cs.

If you have a Camping pass, Day Parking is already included, so there is no need to buy a separate Day Parking pass.
