Yoga on the Plains

Morning & Sunset Yoga on the Plains

Stretch, breathe, and soak in the serenity of the outback.

Yoga on the Plains has become a much-loved part of the Mundi Mundi Bash, offering a peaceful way to start or end the day surrounded by the vast beauty of the Mundi Mundi Plains.

Whether you’re easing out of a long drive, loosening up after a big night, or simply looking for a quiet moment before the music begins, these free, beginner-friendly yoga sessions are open to everyone.

Meet Your Instructor

All sessions are led by Angie, our wonderful volunteer yoga teacher.

Angie is a qualified yoga instructor with experience in collaborative yoga, PTSD and trauma-informed sessions. Her passion lies in creating awareness around how mind, body and environment work hand in hand — and there’s no better place to experience that connection than out on the Plains.

You’ll find Angie bright and early at the Sunset Sign, ready to roll.
