Broken Hill also has several well appointed hotels and motels if you're looking for something a little more comfortable after being on the road for a while. From character filled historic rooms to something more contemporary, you'll find many options on Visit Broken Hill.

💡 Enquire about late check-in. If you're arriving after the last concert on Saturday night, let your accommodation know in advance — you'll likely be rolling in well after dark.

🚌
Transfer Bus

A transfer bus runs between Broken Hill and Mundiville on all three concert days — perfect if you'd rather not drive. Capacity is limited and pre-bookings are essential.

Can't Find a Room? Try Racecourse Camping

If Broken Hill accommodation is fully booked, the Broken Hill Racecourse offers overflow camping for Bash patrons. It's a convenient in-town option with basic facilities — a great fallback if you've left your booking too late.

The Racecourse is also where you collect your festival wristbands and vehicle passes if you opted for e-tickets instead of postal delivery.

At Mundiville
Camping at the Bash

Most Mundi Mundi Bash patrons will camp at the Mundi Mundi Bash site (Mundiville) during the event. Camping is included in the price of your ticket and is available for the nights of Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 August (or earlier if you buy an Early Entry Camping Pass). Everyone must depart by midday on Monday 25 August.

At Mundiville there's plenty of great, level, two-wheel drive accessible camping space near the concert area that is suitable for caravans, campervans and tents. We provide composting toilets, and there will be food vendors on site — however you'll need to be self-sufficient for most other requirements.

If you don't plan to camp at Mundiville, read important information about Day Tripping from Broken Hill. Remember — you must exchange your e-ticket in Broken Hill Town before you head to Mundiville. See Ticket Collection for details.
