Pre-ordering means your firewood and ice are waiting for you on-site, no need to lug heavy bags from home. It also helps the Koolaz and Warmaz team get supplies right for the festival.

Pre-ordering is simple. Place your order online, choose pay now or pay at event, then collect at the Plaza when you arrive.

Place Your Order Online
Head to the Koolaz pre-order page and double-check your order details. Once placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and invoice.

Choose Pay Now or Pay at Event
Pay upfront via PayPal or credit card, or pay when you collect on-site. Both options are available at checkout.

Print or Save Your Confirmation
Print your confirmation email and invoice or download it to your phone (we suggest both). Your order number must be visible.

Find the Stall in the Plaza
Once you've arrived and set up camp, head to the Firewood & Ice Stand in the Plaza. Look out for the Koolaz Ice signage and The Corner Store.

Collect Your Tickets & Flag
Bring your confirmation, invoice AND payment (if not pre-paid). The team will issue your ice cards, firewood tickets and a small roadside flag.
Bring Cash Just in Case
Internet service on the Plains is very limited. The team may only be able to accept cash payments on-site, so bring some along just in case.
Ice
- Your pre-ordered ice is held in the freezer truck for daily collection.
- You'll receive an ice card — bring it each time you collect and the team will stamp it.
- Bagged ice is collected directly from the stand in the Plaza.
Firewood
- Firewood is delivered to your campsite roadside, daily from 8:30am to 6pm.
- Tickets are issued for your bags of firewood and kindling.
- You'll also get a small flag — place it on the road so the truck team can find you.
- Prefer to collect yourself? Trolleys are available at the Corner Store.
