PRE-ORDER firewood & ice
Koolaz Ice and Warmaz Firewood will take care of all of your ice and firewood needs at the 2025 Mundi Mundi Bash. You can pre-order now from their website.
Answers to the most common questions asked:
- Can I get firewood on early entry days? – Yes, the Firewood & Ice Store will be open in Mundiville at 12pm on Monday 18th.
- Will you deliver firewood to our camp? – Yes, the wood trucks will drop off your firewood and kindling on the roadside near your camp. Deliveries are from 8:30am – 6pm.
- How will you find us? – Once you arrive on-site at the Bash, get your camp all set up and come and find us at our Firewood & Ice Stand – located in the Plaza. You MUST bring your confirmation email, invoice AND payment for your order (if not already pre-paid). We will issue you with firewood tickets and a flag. Place the flag on the roadside near your camp so we know someone has an order. The guys on the truck will see the flag and call out. Hand your firewood tickets over and they will drop your order.
- How much firewood should I order? – That depends on your campfire habits. We suggest 1 or 2 bags a day for early entries and 1 a day for concert days. If you plan on cooking and having a fire throughout the day, add a couple of extra bags.
- What type of firewood do you sell? – Warmaz bags all the wood inhouse to ensure its quality. We use a mixture of redgum, grey box and yellow box hardwoods.
- Can I buy extra if I run out? – Yes, we bring extra firewood to sell onsite, but these stocks genuinely run out pretty quick.
- Why should I pre-order? – Your order is onsite when you arrive, no need to carry all that extra weight. We allocate the order to you before we head to the festival so you don’t miss out.
