There are many restaurants, cafes and pubs throughout the town, along with a variety of attractions and local events in the region to keep you engaged throughout your stay.
DUMP POINTS
Memorial Oval – Williams Street
Kintore Reserve (97-99 Blende St; opposite the Information Centre) has a proper RV dump point with a drive through set up. There is a tap available just next to the dump point (not recommended for drinking) and another tap 3 metres on the right which is town water and good to drink.
Back of the Visitor Information Centre (23-27 Bromide St). Located in the bus wash bay. It’s flat and got heavy iron doors, so be careful when opening it. This is not a drive-through dump point (same way in, same way out).
Broken Hill Racecourse ($2 donation) – On the dirt area on your right as you drive into the Racecourse area. It has the standard dump point sign.
