How to Get to Mundiville

Mundiville is located on private property at Belmont Station. The drive from Broken Hill is straightforward — sealed road the whole way and suitable for all vehicle types including caravans and camper trailers.

Allow around an hour to travel between Broken Hill and Mundiville, and factor in extra time for queue waits at the entry gate during peak arrival periods.

  1. 1

Head North-West out of Broken Hill

Take Brookfield Ave towards Silverton — it becomes the Silverton Road. Silverton is approximately 27km from Broken Hill.

  2. 2

    Continue through Silverton

Head north through town — the road swings to the right as you exit Silverton. Keep following it.

  3. 3

    13km past Silverton — you've arrived

You'll ascend the Barrier Ranges and pass the Mundi Mundi Lookout (closed during peak periods — please don't stop). As you descend, the road swings to the right and you'll pass the Umberumberka Reservoir (~7km from Silverton). Keep going and you'll see the entrance to Mundiville.
