We welcome patrons with a disability or accessibility requirements and will support your attendance in every way we can.
You need to register to camp in the disability camping area and use the disability access gate to the concert seating area. Register before you arrive — private information is treated in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
Register Online →It's worth knowing that this is a concert in a very remote outback area. While we'll do everything we can, some disability facilities and surfaces you might find in an urban area may not be possible. We'll do our best.
Disability Camping & Parking
Dedicated disability camping area approximately 200m from the concert seating area. Vehicles with a government-issued disability parking permit can camp here.
Accessible Pathways
Hard flooring runs from disability parking to the dedicated concert seating area to assist wheelchair users. Pathways are generally smooth and level but may be uneven in places.
Disability Seating Area
A dedicated seating area just inside the concert area near the disability access gate. Wristband required — you can have up to four others sitting with you.
Accessible Toilet
An accessible toilet is located approximately 20m from the disability seating area.
Wheelchair Charging
An electric wheelchair charging station is stationed near disability parking, with hard floor pathways for easy access.
Sensory Tent
A sensory tent is located near disability parking for patrons who need a quieter, calmer space during the event.
People with a disability wanting to camp in the dedicated disability area need to register online. This allows us to plan the size of the camping area and toilets and support you as best we can.
- Vehicles with a government-issued disability parking permit can camp in the disability area (~200m from the concert seating area)
- You will be issued a Transit Permit to drop off passengers at the concert area disability access gate (south side of the stage) and return to park
- One additional vehicle with friends or family (without a disability permit) can camp with you in the disability area
- If the driver has a disability permit for mobility reasons, contact us and we'll work out a solution
People with a disability in larger groups are welcome to camp with their friends in the general camping area — however it could be up to 700m from the concert seating area.
Your best chance of camping close to the concert area in the general campground is to purchase an Early Entry Vehicle Pass, which allows access one or two days earlier than general campers.
If you're staying in Broken Hill, patrons with a disability can drive from town to the concert site each day (approx. 40km).
- Drop off passengers at the disability access gate to the concert area
- Park in the disability parking area, approximately 100m from the concert area
- Note: parking is not permitted at the drop-off area
- Register online to use the disability access gate — registration opens once tickets go on sale
- If the driver has a disability permit for mobility reasons, contact us and we'll work out a solution
People with accessibility requirements who do not hold a government-issued disability parking permit are not permitted to camp in the disability camping area, will not receive a Transit Permit and cannot use a vehicle to drop off passengers at the disability drop-off zone.
We encourage you to either:
- Obtain a government-issued disability permit before arrival if you're eligible, or
- Purchase an Early Entry Vehicle Pass to arrive one or two days earlier and have a better chance of camping closer to the stage (note: this may still be up to 400m from the concert area)
Register online, grab your tickets, and get ready for an incredible weekend on the Mundi Mundi Plains.
