Roll-In Update

We're making changes to help roll-in run smoother and faster for everyone in 2026.

→ Campsites will now be filled based on efficiency rather than front-to-back order.
→ Arriving on a 3 Day Early Entry pass still means a great campsite — just not necessarily right at the front.
→ 3 Day Early Entry arrivals will still be camped closer to the front than those arriving on later days.
→ Arriving right when gates open won't guarantee a front-row spot — multiple rows will be filled at once.
→ If you arrive during peak times (before 11am), expect an extended wait.
→ Gates close at 5pm sharp daily — no exceptions.

Your Vehicle Entry Pass determines when you can arrive and depart. Gates open 7am and close 5pm sharp daily — no exceptions. Re-entry is not permitted once you've rolled out.

Everything you need to know before you roll in.

Do I need a General Admission ticket as well as an Early Entry Vehicle Pass? +

Yes. An Early Entry Vehicle Pass is purchased in addition to your General Admission ticket — it is not a standalone ticket. Every person attending still needs their own GA ticket (Adult, Youth or Child). The vehicle pass covers your vehicle, all occupants and anything you're towing.

Can I leave and re-enter Mundiville with an Early Entry pass? +

Re-entry to the campground is not permitted once you've rolled out. If you need to leave during the festival, you can drive out during limited hours (Mon–Fri 4–6pm) but you cannot drive back in. You must leave your car in Day Parking and walk back to camp.

What's the campsite like during Early Entry? +

Campsites are set up in Mundiville just as they are during the main festival — marked out like a caravan park with around 100sqm per vehicle. Composting toilets, food vendors and other facilities are available from the first day of Early Entry. It's quieter and more relaxed before the main crowds arrive.

What entertainment is available during Early Entry days? +

Early Entry ticket holders get access to live music from the Early Entry Band, plus other activities and entertainment in the lead-up to the festival. Check the Bash App and BashFM (99.9) for the latest updates once you're on site.

What if I want to leave early on Saturday? +

You can purchase a separate Early Exit Pass ($15, with 100% of proceeds going to the RFDS), which allows you to pack up and leave the Mundiville campground on Saturday afternoon between 2–5pm.

How do I pick up my wristband and vehicle sticker? +

You can choose to have your wristbands and vehicle stickers delivered by registered mail, or collect them at the Ticketing Office at the Broken Hill Racecourse before heading to Mundiville. See the Ticket Collection page for full details and opening hours.
